My morning run was going so well. I got up at 6.20, got myself ready and set off. Feeling good after 20 minutes I felt I could go on an on and on. Then BAM! I hit the ground. Hard. I was a bit stunned but got up gathered myself and carried on running. Does this mean I’m fully initiated into the world of running now?
